Firmware v. 11.3.7 Hotfix Beta and MYTVOnline 3 v 12.1.42 BETA for Z 11 Series released.

Hi There, I have a friend with a Z11 Pro and I installed his streams (2 of them). The device is brand new and yesterday (with the BETA Firmware installed) MOL3 no longer loads. It attempts to load then crashes back to home screen. Any thoughts?

[…] Beta is software with bugs and just for testing. For stable versions stay at latest official version in software update please.

[…] I ran into an issue with MyTVOnline 3, so I deleted the app, went back to the software update section, and reinstalled it; that solved the problem. I’m just not sure if that works with the beta version as well. Maybe @Lucky13

[…] Is hdmi-cec on or off? On your tv and your box? can you answer the 2 questions please? For the hdmi-cec settings on tv and box? And already tested on computer screen if you have? If problem there also excists, then return box.

[…] Yes you're right. I told only that the "alternate" option worked at my side after the automatic refresh/update. (In mol4) not when i refreshed the epg manually.
