If developer mode deactivated, then you can not use any setting from there, its off. I understand teddylabs very well, but such setting can also be culprit if some error happen between MOL and Provider connection. With good Provider is the zapping speed 1 sec., ok with activated longer but still fast.

FW and SW version? Check also your Date and Hour + GMT settings.

Reformat your recording device to nfts,and test again.Do so on laptop with Rufus tool.
