[…] You can setup auto refresh in mytvonline4 settings at a time when you want refresh it. Don't know the exactly steps, but if there appears above in the menu a "refresh content" button and you presh ok. Then it refresh all, epg, live, vod and series. It's in mytvonline settings somewhere and happens once a day. If you can't find the option, i can tomorrow explain the right steps for you.

How can I install the new version? When I check for updates on my Formuler Z12 Ultra, the device reports that it is already up to date and no new updates are available. Could you please explain how I can install the newer version you are referring to? Is it available through a manual installation process, a beta program, or should it be delivered automatically through the standard update system Thank you for your assistance.

Try with latest Beta 12..1.41 and check if it goes better. If not created to many favorites already, delete the current portal, install Beta 12.1.41 and create the Portal again. Report back. Btw. are you using XC Api Portal?

Thank you for your reply. I purchased my Formuler Z12 Ultra from the official Amazon store. When I received it, MyTVOnline 3 was not installed and it was not even available for download in the App Store. After several updates, I was finally able to install it. The version I am currently running is MyTVOnline 3 v12.1.36-5048-994217d35. I have already tried clearing the cache, performing factory resets, and setting up the device from scratch multiple times, but the problem remains exactly the…
