Hello, a few days ago I purchased a new Z12 Ultra. At first start I updated the box to the latest beta firmware and MOL3-version (see attached image for version numbers). I have the problem, that for some reason there is an old version of the remote app installed, so that I cannot use the features of BT3-remote. I can only choose BT1, IR1 or alternative remote. Support (via helpdesk-ticket) told me to use home screen > software update to get the latest version, but it does not offer any…

Apologies if I missed a similar issue but couldn’t find one in everything I read. Issue is when I start a VOD show, it plays for varying 15-30 seconds and then restarts, it then plays for a few more seconds and the choose episode screen opens. If I am too slow to get it open, the next episode starts. If I get it open quick enough and choose the episode I am on and select it, then the show carries on and there are no more “glitches”. Additionally, If I stop a movie, when I resume it, shortly…

Maybe I should no, start fresh and not import my data from myonline3 to mytvonline4

Hi sam Tried hotspot and wireless get the same error Maybe it's the version of firmware attached

I use a wired connection but strangely enough the z12 that upgraded was connected to wireless and had no problem with that! I'll try connecting to wireless and see if that works! Thanks Sam I'll get back to you with results

Hi Jasper, Looks like server error or some inet blocking. Do you use wifi or ethernet? Try to connect with mobile hotspot and test again.

Or if anyone has come across this error and have a solution it would be much appreciated if you could share

Hi Sam, I have successfully upgraded one of my z12 box's to mytvonline4 but I get the following error on my other Z12 when trying to upgrade to mytvonline4, any help on this would be appreciated "unfortunately an error occurred during the process. Please try again in a few minutes (M6.0|10|) I get the above error code evey time I try to upgrade

Even after Beta 2, there is still work to do (Reports must be checked and fixed) until the official comes out.
